As a Young Professional / Digital Project Manager

As a Young Professional at Full Force Digital, you will have the opportunity to work closely with industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience in various facets of the digital field. This role is designed to provide a strong foundation for your career growth while allowing you to make a real impact on our clients' businesses.

You will be learning on the job, where you will be spending approximately 50% of your time with customers. With a rotation of different roles within our company, you will get stapled experiences. Your mentor will be a member of the Management Team, who will guide you through your first steps at Full Force Digital and our customers. With your learning and progression always at heart.

What we look for

To really give our clients the control in the changing digital markets, we need Young Professionals who are interested in (or elements of) digital transformation. You will contribute in client teams to the further development of (change) programs, through strong and open communication skills. With change in digital reality come challenges and obstacles. We need you to identify, analyze, and develop solutions. Where you will be breaking down complex problems into smaller components and examine them, with a strong focus on achieving results.

Furthermore

• Approximately 0 to 2 years applicable work experience
• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant field
• You live in The Netherlands
• An excellent command of the English language
